Your event pass
A $4.99 USD introductory purchase (standard price $11.99) unlocks one personal guide to one event edition. The price and scope are shown before checkout. This is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Access lasts at least 90 days from creation and 30 days after the event, whichever is later.
Optional token plans
When available at checkout, the monthly plan is $9.99 USD per month at the introductory rate (standard price $24.99), renews automatically, with 5 tokens issued after each successful monthly payment. Unused monthly tokens expire at the next billing date. Cancel before renewal through My apps & tokens to prevent the next charge. Your introductory subscription price stays in place while that subscription remains active.
The annual subscription is $59.94 USD per year at the introductory rate (standard annual price $149.94), billed upfront. It renews automatically each year and grants 60 tokens after each successful payment. Unused tokens expire at the next billing date. Cancel before renewal through My apps & tokens to prevent the next charge. This is 50% below twelve $9.99 monthly payments. One token unlocks one completed personal event app. The app you purchase from uses one of the bundle tokens; unsuccessful research does not consume a token.
Future price experiments apply to new purchases. The confirmed amount and scope of an existing purchase remain recorded. Add-ons are only sold when their specific deliverable is available and described before payment.
Features and token usage
Annual subscriptions include access to all current and future MingleAhead features released during the paid subscription period. Monthly subscriptions guarantee the features listed when purchased; later additions may require an add-on or a different plan. Feature access does not mean unlimited usage. Future AI-intensive tools may consume tokens on any plan, including annual. Any token cost will be shown before you choose to run the tool. No such additional token charges are enabled at launch.
Preview before you choose
Your preview shows the researched coverage and sample recommendations. A guide depends on the information available: it is not a complete official attendee list, a guarantee of attendance, an introduction service or a promise of business results. Confirm important times and venues with the organiser.
What is included
The generated people and programme, suggested conversation starters, saved items, notes, personal reminders and a basic export are included. The refresh control checks generation, payment and stored guide status. It does not promise continuous re-research of the event website. Tell us if a source or material fact needs correction.
If something goes wrong
If you are charged and cannot access your purchased guide, or the result is materially unusable, contact support so we can restore access, correct it or arrange a refund. Deleting the guide does not automatically issue a refund. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Invite a friend
New monthly subscribers using a valid referral link receive 50% off the first monthly payment: currently $5.00, then $9.99 per month, renewing automatically until cancelled. Annual prices are unchanged. Checkout confirms eligibility and the actual amounts.
The referrer earns one app-unlock voucher after a new customer’s first successful subscription payment. A free account can earn rewards. A voucher unlocks a completed app; it is not a cash payment or a generation token. One reward per referred customer, up to ten per thirty days; vouchers expire after 180 days. Self-referrals are excluded. Refunded or disputed payments reverse the associated reward. Referral attribution lasts thirty days and uses the first valid referral recorded for the customer.
Your private access link
Keep it to yourself unless you intend to give someone access to your guide and notes. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, harvest private contact details, or submit material you do not have permission to share for processing.
