What you share
We use your email address, professional background, event information and stated goal to prepare and deliver your guide. Your saved people, sessions, notes and reminders are private to anyone who has access to your guide link.
How the service works
OpenAI processes the material you submit and researches available event information. Supabase stores the guide, your inputs and personal notes. Resend sends transactional access emails. Stripe processes payments; MingleAhead does not store your full card details. These providers may process data in locations outside your country under their own service arrangements.
Keep your link private
Your unique link acts as access to your guide. We store a cryptographic hash for access checks and use secure browser sessions. Anyone you share the link with can read and change that guide. Link possession is not verification of someone’s professional identity.
Storage and deletion
Guide access lasts at least 90 days from creation and 30 days after the event, whichever is later. Expired guides are scheduled for deletion after a further 30 days. You can export your guide and notes, or delete the guide earlier from its toolbar. Deletion invalidates the link and requests removal of the stored OpenAI response; provider security, billing and backup records may follow different retention periods.
We retain limited payment-event identifiers to reconcile transactions. Stripe may retain billing records separately. Uploaded documents are processed to produce the guide; do not include information you do not want the research provider to process.
Your feedback and public reviews
Ratings and comments are private unless you explicitly allow them to be featured and they meet the selection described below. Public reviews show only your chosen display name (or “Event attendee”), rating, optional comment, date and whether you used a preview or full app. Your email, private link, event details and notes are not included. Please avoid personal or confidential information in public comments.
We accept one editable review per generated app from its link holder. This verifies access to an app, not a person’s identity or purchase. The landing page features only consenting 4- and 5-star reviews, newest first, clearly labelled as selected positive reviews. Lower ratings remain private product feedback. We do not present a filtered average or distribution as an overall customer rating. We do not offer rewards for reviews. You can edit, make private or delete your feedback through your app. Deleting the guide removes its review; expired guides’ reviews are no longer displayed.
Contact us below to report a review containing spam, abuse, private information or a misleading claim. We may remove content for those reasons, regardless of its star rating; we do not rewrite reviews. The positive selection on the landing page is separate from the private feedback we retain for product improvement.
Improving the app
We record when a generated app is first viewed, its upgrade options are opened, checkout starts, and a person and session are saved. We also record the model and token/tool usage of research requests to understand service costs. These limited milestones help us understand where the service needs improvement. They are linked to the guide and deleted with it. They contain no comment text, browsing history, advertising identifier or extra profile information. Local browser storage remembers a dismissed feedback invitation for seven days.
Optional advertising measurement
With your permission, we use an optional first-party cookie and Meta’s Conversions API to understand which ads lead to purchases. We share the amount and currency of a confirmed payment, a random event identifier, your IP address, browser user agent and advertising identifiers. Meta may match these details to its users to measure and improve advertising. We do not send your email, professional profile, event material, guide links, notes or saved people. Subscription renewals and spending an existing app token are not counted as new advertising purchases.
Choose “Essential only” to use the app without this measurement. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future sharing from this browser and removes its pending measurement records; it cannot recall information already received by Meta. We retain consent and attribution records for up to 90 days, or until withdrawal or deletion of the associated guide where applicable. Your choice is remembered locally for up to 90 days. Blocking or clearing cookies can reduce attribution.
Meta processes the shared information under its Privacy Policy, potentially outside your country. We do not load a Meta browser pixel on private guide pages. Essential sessions, temporary unsaved drafts and the labelled example guide continue to use browser storage. External source and portrait links do not receive your private access token in the referrer.
